About this edition: It’s always amazing to breathe fresh air in the open. Have you ever walked into any closed space and felt that it is ‘stuffy’, or you did not feel fresh enough to breathe? This does not mean the environment there was in some sense toxic, but it just did not feel fresh or there was unpleasant odour. At some point in our life, we may experience this. Therein, you experience the principles or need of ventilation. Thus, ventilation involves architecture, equipment, and technique that we will explore in this edition from different perspectives. |
